About Sarah

Yoga, Meditation and Ayurveda have transformed my physical body and mental health. These practices gave me a second chance at a very low period in my life. I want to share what I’ve learned on my journey with others. To help them find the best, purest, healthiest version of themselves.

My dream for VedaYoga is to create a community hub of friendship, healing, practice, fun and good times. Love is the greatest healer and I got lots of that to give!….with a healthy dose of motivation on the side!

About Trisha

Yoga came to me at a very young age. I was working through some personal obstacles when I started attending a studio 45 minutes from my home. It started as one or two practices a week until I found myself there everyday! Different styles, different teachers, different people I met there, all started to shape the “why” I was there. Here I am 10 years later teaching this gift to others. My true love, my true passion. At Veda Yoga you will also find me in our Spa where I offer esthetics, massage and nutritional coaching.

Dance has been a part of my life ever since I was a little girl dancing around to the Lion King. My love and passion for dance and fitness as well as my inability to sit still have stayed with me as I continue to pursue my dreams of one-day dancing in The West End or on Broadway. As a Dancer, maintaining muscle tone and a trim and strong physique has always, and will continue to be my goal and personal fitness has always been a part of my life. Barre Concept allows me to listen to music, dance and workout all at once and now I get to share and teach this new and innovative workout. Being able to combine my passion for dance with my love for sharing and teaching is a dream I didn’t think I would be living so soon.
